New Home Sales Consultant
Full Time Sales Consultant needed to join one of our great new communities! We have new developments, new sites that are making sales, building new buildings and we need ambitious sales people. Prior real estate sales experience preferred and weekend hours are mandatory. If you have a track record of success in sales then you're the person we're looking for.

Property Manager
Full time Property Manager for one of our downtown Detroit apartment communities. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2-3 years Property Management experience and be strong in organized multi-tasking. Excellent customer service, the ability to successfully manage people and strong computer skills are required. Experience using Yardi system is preferred.

Leasing Agent
Full-Time Leasing Agent needed for luxury high-rise community in Downtown Detroit. Previous Leasing experience is required and some Saturday hours may be required. Applicants MUST have great people skills, be customer service oriented, well organized, able to multi-task and have good computer skills. Experience using the Yardi system is preferred. This position will be responsible for giving tours to potential residents, recording all daily traffic activity and follow-up, handling prospective resident’s application process, preparing quarterly competition reports, and working with Maintenance to ensure timely turns. Light Administrative duties may also be required.
